been is a travel-tracking app that lets you mark which countries you have visited. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: it does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
None. The app does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data, and it does not require an account.
Your selection of visited countries and your app preferences (theme, which region lists are expanded) are saved locally on your device only, using the operating system’s standard local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us or any third party. Uninstalling the app removes it.
The app works fully offline and does not connect to the internet to operate. It does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
When you use the “Share map” feature, the app generates an image and hands it to your device’s standard share sheet. You choose if and where to share it. The app itself does not upload or transmit this image anywhere.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new “last updated” date.
