Frequently asked

How do I mark a country as visited?

Tap a country on the world map, or open the edit list and tick it there. Visited countries light up in amber.

How do I remove a country?

Tap it again on the map, or untick it in the edit list.

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. been works fully offline, has no account, and never uploads or shares your travel list. Uninstalling the app removes the data.

I switched phones — can I move my list?

The list is stored locally on each device, so it does not transfer automatically. Cross-device sync is being considered for a future update.

Which countries are included?

The app counts 197 sovereign countries plus a number of dependent territories, grouped by region. The map is schematic and takes no position on disputed borders.
